Return Policy
Upon receipt of your new handbag, please do not discard any of the packaging, or remove any tags, until you have fully inspected the item(s).  If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with your Humawaca handbag, you may return it within 30 days of purchase for an exchange or a refund.

All return requests must be called in to a customer service representative at our toll free number 1-866-524-1616 to receive authorization. Please follow the return procedure below.
  • To obtain a Return Authorization (RA) number before shipping your product, please call customer service or send us an email. For faster service, please include the following in your email: name, receipt number, product being returned, and the reason for the return request.
  • Returns will not be accepted without a valid RA number.
  • Your RA number must appear clearly on the outside of the return shipment.
  • Handbags must be returned in the original packaging with all tags attached.  Upon receipt, Garrett will ship a replacement item or credit your account.
  • Customer is responsible for all shipping charges.

These handbags are crafted using genuine steerhide, leather and suede.
As products of nature, variations in color and texture give each handbag its own unique character.
