How are items shipped?

All orders ship via UPS.  Ground shipping is FREE within the continental United States.  Overnight, 2-Day and 3-Day options are also available.  Shipping costs are based on weight and will be automatically calculated in our shopping cart.  For orders shipping to Canada or to other areas outside of the United States, please call 800-342-7738 for delivery options.

How quickly will I receive my order?

All orders are processed within two business days from receipt.  Delivery time on most orders is 3 to 5 days via UPS Ground.  Due to high demand, some items may be back ordered.  You will be notified of items on back order and approximate delivery date.

Do I have to pay sales tax?

State sales tax will be charged for orders shipping to New York, Virginia, Florida, Texas or California.

What is your return policy?

Upon receipt, please do not discard any of the packaging or remove any tags until you have fully inspected the item(s).  If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return the items within 30 days of purchase for an exchange or a refund.

All return requests must receive authorization from a customer service representative at our toll free number at 1-800-342-7738.  To obtain a Return Authorization (RA) number before shipping your product, please call customer service or send us an email at info@garrettbags.com.  For faster service, please include the following in your email message; your name, receipt number, product being returned, and the reason for the return.  A representative will contact you regarding your return request.

Returns will only be accepted with a valid RA number.  Your RA number must appear clearly on the outside of the return shipment.  Items must be returned in the original packaging with a copy of the invoice receipt.  Upon receipt, Garrett will ship a replacement item or credit your account.  Customer is responsible for all return shipping charges.

Will my information be shared with others?

We are committed to respecting your privacy.  We collect only the information needed to process your order and to provide a personalized shopping experience.  We ask for your telephone number and email address during the order process to alert you of any problems that may arise during your order processing or shipping.  We will not sell or reveal to any third party your email address or other personal information, except to the extent necessary to comply with applicable laws, police investigations, or legal proceedings where such information is relevant.

Is my credit card information safe?

Protecting your personal information is one of our top priorities.  We guarantee your shopping experience is safe.  To ensure your information is safely guarded, we use Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) technology.  When entering your credit card number, SSL encrypts all personal information including your account number, name and address.

What does GD mean under each price listed?

GD stands for Garrett Dollars, which are available to customers of Garrett Leather.  Garrett Dollars are distributed based on leather purchases and may be used to purchase items on this website.  Orders on this website may be placed with Garrett Dollars or with US dollars, however, currencies can not be combined for individual items.  To check the value and expiration date of your Garrett Dollars, please click here.
